Flight of the Bumble Serpents is the second half of our co-ferment experiment! We took the '23 & '24 Viognier & Semillon white grape blend, rested on skins for 7 months, and added them into the same cider that formed the base of Attack of the Butterfly Dragons. Crunchy white peaches & nectarines, golden melons and wood with a crisp sparkle, we love this one with Thai food and summer salads.
