Posterity Ciderworks Refund and Return Policy

Cider Purchases
All Ciders are non-returnable. If you believe your bottle has been damaged while shipping we will do our best to replace the bottles in question. When the bottles are unable to be replaced we will grant a credit for future use in our store.
Tasting room reservations
All reservations paid for upfront are non-refundable, if you need to cancel we will do our best to accommodate your change. Day of cancellations we are unable to refund or reschedule.
Merchandise
Unwashed, unworn, free from stains, debris or strong odor merchandise is eligible for return for 30 days from purchase. We will do our best to honor size exchanges when possible.
Memberships and Clubs
All memberships are non-refundable for fulfilled orders. Cider club orders must be canceled 15 days before shipment date. We do not cancel memberships between shipment periods. We reserve the right to cancel any membership or club subscription at our own discretion and dissolve all member benefits without refund or any return of cash value.
Giftcards
Gift cards do not expire and hold their value indefinitely and can be redeemed for cider or merchandise on our main website, posterityciderworks.com. If you’re looking for something or have a special circumstance please reach out to us through the contact form and we will do our best to find a solution.
General Shipping Policy
Returned shipments can be re-shipped at the expense of the purchaser. We do not ship cider in when the weather is extreme, over 100 degrees or below 30 degrees as it will impact the taste and or breakage may occur. When we have heat waves or cold snaps we may pause cider shipments. We will reach out to you if there will be a delay in shipping your order, your you can also request a hold on your order by replying to your order confirmation email.
