Made from a blend of locally grown Counoise & Merlot grapes, Cave Gremlin is the perfect early autumn sipper. Aged in a mixture of new oak, neutral oak, and steel, we paired the brightness of hand de-stemmed Counoise with the weight of whole cluster fermented Merlot. Cranberry & pomegranate meets autumn woodsmoke with a delicate touch of herbs & white pepper in the background

Drinking Instructions: Store upright and chill to 55 degrees before drinking. Bottle contains natural sediment at the bottom. Drink in wine or tulip glasses.
