Aurora is a single varietal crab apple cider, the product of wild fermentation and unnamed fruit. We suggest serving it very lightly chilled in small glasses. This 2024 vintage has a character similar to a fine dry sherry. The experimental 2021 vintage was exclusively served by the glass in our tasting room; the 2022, and 2023 graced the dining rooms of 1,2, and 3 star Michelin restaurants, and we're pleased to be able to offer the 2024 vintage to you now!

Drinking Instructions: Store upright and chill to 50-55 degrees before drinking. Bottle contains natural sediment at the bottom. Drink in a clipper or snifter glass within 6 months of purchase.
