For a few weekends in the fall, if you're heading up into the Sierras and just a little bit lucky, you may see an old teal truck on the side of Hwy 4 a few miles outside the town of Murphys, CA with a sign saying "¢25 pomegranate." Bursting with crimson gems, Hilltop Ranch sells their fruit at the peak of ripeness. We paired a little bit of their fresh pomegranate juice with some early Gravenstein apples for this perfect seasonal treat.
Drinking Instructions: Store upright and chill for 3 hours before drinking. Bottle contains natural sediment at the bottom. Drink in wine or tulip glass within 6 months of purchase
