Winter Williams- Sparkling Pear Cider

You're likely well acquainted with the Williams Pear, commonly known in the US as the Bartlett Pear. It's popular in grocery stores, easily grown in backyards, and a well established exemplar happened to be a key selling point for us when we purchased our farm. Though we now have 85 varieties of apples, pears, & quinces planted across the hills, it began with one prolific tree behind the house -- a Williams pear, branches bent by the heavy crop. We knew this land would support our dreams, just like this single tree carried several hundred pounds of fruit without assistance. This perry is ready just in time to bring a taste of summer into the heart of winter.

Notes: Sharp Pear, Citrus, Berry

Ingredients: Pears, Strawberries, Yeast

Drinking Instructions: Store upright and chill for 3 hours before drinking. Bottle contains natural sediment at the bottom. Drink in wine or tulip glass within 6 months of purchase
