One of our favorite pastimes is taking the forgotten & ignored things in the world and making something delightful with them. Pollinator's Reserve takes its name from the common orchard practice of planting pollinator varieties throughout an orchard -- less popular varieties than the main crop, often crab apples or even rootstocks allowed to flower, planted at the ends of rows and every fortieth tree or so. Their only job is guaranteeing good pollination of the rest of the orchard and the fruit often goes unharvested. Not so with this batch. Pollinator's Reserve gives these overlooked yet crucial members of the orchard a chance to shine in a playful pét nat.
